Using the website and service

These terms apply when you browse this website, submit an enquiry, ask us to coordinate information or practical arrangements, or use a service described in a written proposal. By doing so, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to instruct us. A parent, legal guardian, or properly authorised representative may make an enquiry for another person.

Written terms come first

If a signed service agreement or written proposal covers a particular service, its specific scope, price, cancellation, and refund terms take priority over these general website terms.

MyWellnessTrip’s role

MyWellnessTrip provides non-clinical international patient coordination. We may help organise hospital questions, provider responses, written estimates, appointments, visa-support documents, travel, accommodation, transport, interpretation, discharge documents, and follow-up conversations.

We are not a hospital, treating clinician, diagnostic laboratory, insurer, immigration authority, airline, hotel, or emergency service. We do not control their decisions or services.

Medical advice and decisions

Hospitals and qualified treating professionals are solely responsible for diagnosis, proposed treatment, consent, clinical risks, medicines, fitness to travel, discharge, and medical outcomes. Information organised by MyWellnessTrip is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

This website and its enquiry channels are not emergency services. For urgent or life-threatening concerns, contact the local emergency service or nearest appropriate medical facility.

Information and record sharing

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and not knowingly incomplete or misleading. A hospital’s view or estimate may change after examination, tests, or receipt of further records.

Health and identity information is shared only for requested coordination and in line with the permissions obtained. Our privacy and data-handling notice explains collection, use, sharing, retention, and available rights.

Hospitals and other providers are independent

Hospitals, doctors, airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators, interpreters, insurers, and other suppliers provide their services independently under their own terms. A listing, introduction, comparison, or coordination step does not create an endorsement, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee.

You should review the provider’s current qualifications, proposal, consent documents, inclusions, exclusions, and terms before proceeding.

Estimates, fees, and payments

Hospital estimates and travel prices are not final guarantees. Costs may change because of tests, treatment changes, complications, room type, length of stay, exchange rates, travel dates, or patient-specific needs.

Treatment payments should normally be made directly to the treating hospital using hospital-issued instructions. Payments to travel or accommodation providers should use instructions from the named provider. Do not send money to a personal or unverified account.

If MyWellnessTrip charges a separate coordination fee, the scope, amount, applicable taxes, payment timing, and relevant cancellation or refund terms will be provided in writing before payment is requested.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Hospitals, airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other providers apply their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules. Their charges may be non-refundable or may change with notice, travel dates, clinical circumstances, or availability.

Any cancellation or refund rule for a MyWellnessTrip coordination fee will be stated in the applicable written proposal. We may assist with a provider refund request but cannot approve or guarantee a refund owed by an independent provider.

Visas, travel, and entry decisions

Hospitals issue their own visa invitation or treatment letters. Visa, entry, and immigration decisions belong to the relevant authorities. Airlines and insurers decide their own medical-clearance requirements.

Do not book non-refundable travel until the hospital dates and applicable visa status are confirmed. You remain responsible for passports, visas, entry conditions, insurance, travel clearance, and compliance with current rules.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, health, identity, and travel information.
  • Read hospital proposals, consent documents, estimates, and provider terms before accepting them.
  • Ask the treating team about clinical risks, alternatives, recovery, and follow-up.
  • Confirm who receives each payment and keep receipts and written instructions.
  • Follow visa, entry, airline, insurance, and local legal requirements.
  • Tell us promptly about changes that may affect the hospital or travel plan.

Website content and availability

We aim to keep public information clear and current, but hospital services, prices, doctors, visa rules, and travel conditions can change. Dated sources and written provider replies should be checked before a decision is made.

Website text, branding, layout, and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows. We may update, suspend, or withdraw website features where reasonably necessary.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyWellnessTrip is not responsible for clinical decisions or outcomes, provider acts or omissions, visa refusals, immigration decisions, flight disruption, lost baggage, accommodation issues, or other services controlled by independent providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability protected by mandatory law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Questions and complaints

Send a question or complaint to info@mywellnesstrip.com with the relevant reference number and a clear description of the issue. We will review matters concerning our coordination and help direct provider-specific issues to the responsible organisation.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when the service, law, or operating arrangements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith and, if unresolved, may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory consumer right to use another forum.
